Overview
At Crystal Journey LLC, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your jewelry must be unused, in original condition, and packaged with all tags and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or damaged jewelry (due to hygiene and quality considerations)
- Final-sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages)
- Customized or engraved pieces
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email velarde@crystaljourney.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.

Please include the RA number on the package. - Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), we will email you to confirm refund approval. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. If your return is due to a defective item or our error, we will cover the shipping cost for a replacement.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products with signs of wear, damage, or missing parts (not caused by our error)
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method statement.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing times may vary).
- Contact your bank to confirm processing status.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and discounted products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:
- Email velarde@crystaljourney.shop with your order details.
- Ship your item to the address listed under “Return Process.”
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the return is processed.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Return Shipping Tips
- Mail returns to the address provided in the “Return Process” section.
- For items over $100, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of uninsured returns.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to our error.
