1. Shipping Scope

We currently offer shipping within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom Orders: Customized or engraved items may take 5–7 business days for processing (applicable only to specific products as noted on the website).

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

4. Additional Fees

  • Orders under $75: A standard shipping fee of $5 will apply.
  • Oversized items (e.g., jewelry display boxes or sets) may incur an additional $3–$5 fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can track your package via the USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking portal.
  • Orders with a value over $100 require signature confirmation upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice for redelivery or pickup.

6. Remote Addresses

Deliveries to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote rural areas may experience a 1–2 day delay in delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at velarde@crystaljourney.shop. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

8. Shipping Delays

9. Return Shipping
